(Mesa - September 2010) - In a classic case in which the children of a Decedent sued the Decedent's spouse due to a lack of proper estate planning, the law firm of Gorman & Jones, PLC successfully defended the spouse and obtained judgment in her favor. Immediately upon the death of the Decedent, his children sued the surviving spouse alleging that a certain piece of realty belonged to them because it was owned by the Deceased in his sole and separate capacity.
