(Sun City - December 2009) Unfortunately, in our society, elder persons who possess a debilitating mental disease are easily exploited by others. In a case of great pride for the law firm, Gorman & Jones sued on behalf of the family of an elderly man for the return of assets wrongfully taken by a "trusted caretaker." The Maricopa County Superior Court for the State of Arizona granted judgment in favor of the family making the elder person whole. Additionally, the Court granted the elder person full protection from further exploitation.
